The Real Estate Program manages more than three thousand property files including more than five thousand parcels of land and over five hundred lease files. Our daily work load includes processing easements, licenses, and leases for City property; performing appraisals, estimates and reviews of properties to be purchased or sold by the City; providing real estate services on many key redevelopment projects; and maximizing the use of City properties while providing for the highest level of quality service to all City departments and to the citizens of Tucson!
